Designed with championship-winning performance in mind, it combines cutting-edge technology, premium components, and factory-inspired styling to deliver exceptional power, precision, and control on the track.
New for 2026, the FC 450 Factory Edition is equipped with premium WP Pro Components suspension, including XACT Pro 7548 Cone Valve front forks and an XACT Pro 8950 rear shock. This race-proven suspension package provides outstanding handling, increased rider confidence, and superior comfort over rough terrain and challenging jumps. Additional updates include a redesigned threaded radiator cap and a durable fuel line protector for improved reliability in demanding race conditions.
A white powder-coated frame paired with the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics gives the motorcycle an unmistakable factory race-team appearance.
Advanced technology further elevates the riding experience with the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO), which integrates seamlessly with the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app. Using the app, riders can fine-tune engine maps, adjust Traction Control, Launch Control, and Quick shifter settings, while also recording lap times for detailed post-ride analysis. FMF Titanium Exhaust
Proven at the highest levels of AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross competition by Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing, the FMF Factory 4.1 RCT muffler delivers race-tested performance. Lighter than the standard exhaust and slightly shorter to help centralize mass, it improves handling while providing increased power, enhanced throttle response, and a more responsive riding experience on the track.
Factory Wheel Set
Crafted for riders who demand championship-level performance, the Factory Wheel Set combines premium materials with exceptional craftsmanship. Black anodized EXCEL Takasago rims are laced to precision CNC-machined black hubs using high-quality spokes to create a lightweight yet incredibly durable wheel assembly. By reducing un-sprung weight, the Factory Wheel Set enhances handling, improves suspension performance, and delivers quicker, more responsive control, helping the FC 450 Factory Edition perform at its best on every lap.
Factory Triple Clamps
Designed for precise fork alignment and optimized suspension performance, the CNC-machined Factory Racing Triple Clamps feature an innovative clamping system and multiple adjustment options. Riders can select between 20 mm and 22 mm offset settings to fine-tune the front-end geometry. The clamps also accommodate either rubber-mounted handlebars for increased comfort or a rigid mounting configuration for a more direct and responsive feel, allowing the setup to be tailored to individual riding preferences.
Pro Taper Handlebar
Combining strength, low weight, and race-inspired styling, the Pro Taper handlebar is built for confident performance on the track. Its carefully engineered bend helps minimize pressure on the rider’s hands, while soft-compound ODI lock-on grips provide added cushioning and comfort for a more enjoyable ride.
DunlopTires
The Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 tires are built for strong traction and confident handling across a range of racing surfaces. Bodywork

WP XACT Front Suspension
For the first time, the FC 450 Factory Edition features WP XACT Pro 7548 forks. Developed and proven at the highest levels of racing, these premium forks combine Cone Valve technology with a Closed Cartridge design. As a result, riders get smooth damping, consistent feedback, and improved control on the track.
The forks are also fully adjustable to help create a setup that matches each rider. Compression, rebound, and spring preload can all be adjusted with ease. Therefore, riders can fine-tune the suspension to suit their weight, speed, and riding style.
WP XACT Shock Absorber
Frame
The FC 450 Factory Edition features a strong yet lightweight chassis designed for precise handling and race-ready performance. Its carefully tuned flex helps provide control and stability, especially when braking into corners.
The frame is made from hydro-formed, laser-cut, and robot-welded steel for consistent strength and quality. It also features a premium white powder-coated finish inspired by the factory race team.
In addition, the frame’s longitudinal and torsional flex characteristics are carefully engineered to improve rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. A 2K carbon composite skid plate provides added protection for the frame and engine against impacts and debris.
