The 2025 FC 450 Factory Edition sets the standard for competition-focused motocross machinery. By offering the ultimate combination of a lightweight, agile chassis, advanced SOHC engine, and specifically chosen Technical Accessories, an unrivalled on-track experience for riders of all abilities is assured. Engine performance can be customised easily thanks to an extensive selection of electronic rider aids, while the latest WP XACT suspension is fully adjustable for a personalized set-up. Completing the build are the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics that the team will run throughout the 2025 season, with their in-mold application ensuring a long-lasting finish.
Engine
Producing an impressive amount of power, the SOHC, 450 cc engine is the result of advanced techniques and tips the scales at just 59 lbs. Mass-centralization of the major components was key during the design process, was positioning the engine close to the center of gravity to aid handling and agility. The position of the engine inside the chassis ensures refinded anti-squat behavior from the chassis for smooth acceleration across rough terrain.
Cylinder Head
An incredibly compact SOHC cylinder head positions the camshaft as close as possible to the center of gravity to aid overall handling and agility. Lightweight vales are actuated via a rocker arm while the timing is optimized to create impressive torque and ensure a precises throttle response.
FMF Titanium Exhaust
As used by Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Racing in AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross competition, the FMF Factory 4.1 RCT silencer is a championship- winning component. Beautifully crafted with a blue anodized titanium body and finished with a carbon fiber end cap, the silencer is considerably lighter than standard, slightly shorter to centralize mass, and delivers a notable boost to overall performance.
Swingarm
The aluminum swingarm is designed for optimal stiffness and durability thanks to the proven die-casting that ensures the lowest weight possible. To further accentuate the flex characteristics from the chassis, a 22 mm rear axle is utilized. Additonally, the chain guard and glider have smoohth profile and offer outstanding durability.
Bodywork
Slim-profile bodywork ensures unrestricted movement in the motorcylce, while the high-grip GUTS Racing seat cover holds riders firmly in place under hard acceleration. The engonomic bodywork features the latest ROCKSTAR Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics, which are applied using in-mold technology for high-qualty, long lasting finish.
Handlebar
Second to none when it comes to function and style, the ProTaper handlebar is lightweight and incredibly strong. The specifically selected bar bend reduces pressure points in the riders hands with soft compound ODI lock-on grips offering additional comfort.
Frame
New engine mounts and a revised fram reduces overall weight while improving flex characteristics and stability, which is particularly noticeable when braking into corners. The frame itself is expertly crafted from hydro-formed, laser-cut, and robot-welded steel and finished with a premium white powder coating for a true race team look. Constructed with specifically calculated parameters of of longitudinal and torsional flex, the chassis provides exceptional rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability. Additionally, a 2K carbon composite skid plate is fitted to protect the frame and engine from hard impacts.
WP XACT Front Suspension
The high-performance WP XACT48mm split air forks feature new settings to match the revised frame and linkage, ensuring the motorcycle delivers the highest level of comfort, balance and cornering agility. With oil and air bypasses reducing pressure peaks, in combination with a midvalve damping system creates a more progressive damping force in the final 40 mm travel for improved bottoming resistance on hard landings.
WP XACT Shock Absorber
Optimized linkage geometry and low-friction seals ensure the fully adustable WP XACT shock delivers exceptional performance. In addition to offering 300 mm of rear wheel travel, the WP shock offers progressive damping, energy absorption, and confidence-inspiring cornering adility.
