TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRODUCT AVALIABILITY AND PRICING

Product avaliability is based on the manufacturer's availability. It is possible that some products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer. We are not obligated to provide products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Items are subject to availablility. Prices of products offered for sale on the web site do not included shipping charges, state required taxes, or any other additional charges; these charges will be communicated prior to processing the order and will appear on your invoice. Prices displayed on this web site or quoted in U.S. dollars.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TYPES

We accept all of these major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address and the attention of the card holder.

SHIPPING

All shipments are via UPS Ground for orders within the 48 continental United States, unless otherwise arranged. Alaska and Hawaii require UPS Air shipment. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Selsect. All orders must be prepaid by credit card.

RETURNS

All of the following conditions apply:

All returns that are purchased through mail order must be returned through mail order.

Include a copy of the invoice and write ther reason for each return.

Ship the package prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept any merchandise shipped C.O.D. Freight must be prepaid by the customer.

There will be a $10.00 restocking fee per item. Exchanged items will not have a restocking fee, only shipping and handling fees. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date, in original and unused condition. Excessive delay in returning an item will result in a 20% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 30 days of the receipt date.

All items must be unused and in factory packaging. Be sure and package the products properly to avoid damage during shipping.

Any refund will be issued to the credit card the item was purchased on.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. Screwie Lewie's Motorsports makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, includeing the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Screwie Lewie's Motorsports, shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maxium liability for all direct damages, if any arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

ERRORS AND OBMISSIONS

Screwie Lewie's Motorsports makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the web site. Occasionally mistakes are made by clerical or typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at the mismarked prices. We appologize and will make every effort to avoid these erros.

Screwie Lewie's Motorsports shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both government and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
